Northwest Numerics Software

Z-set is our primary software product, developed in conjunction with the Ecole des Mines de Paris Materials Research Centre, ONERA, and the INSA de Rouen. The set of analysis tools includes the Z-mat constitutive equation library and the Zebulon finite element analysis solver. All programs are integrated into the Zmaster graphical interface on many UNIX and PC platforms.

Zebulon is a full-featured nonlinear FEA solver with many special abilities for materials-oriented analysis. The solver has been shown effective for very large nonlinear problems, both in terms of number of degrees of freedom, and number of increments required.
